Book A SessioN
Fill out the form on the "Contact" page and I will get back to you within 24 hours to set a date. One week before your session I will set up a quick call to go over your vision, location, outfits, etc.

Shoot Day
The day of our shoot I will come with tons of prompts to make you feel confident in front of the camera, do not worry about how to pose, that is my job! Unlimited loved ones and props welcome.

Receive Photos
Within two weeks of our shoot, you will receive a link to your private online gallery. It allows for unlimited downloads of all your photos. Link to an optional print shop is included.

What I Can Do For You
I work with brands stuck between overpaying for expensive, slow, and overly staged commercial shoots and settling for low-quality, poorly lit UGC shot on an iPhone. The best content? Real people living their actual lives, captured with the right gear and a touch of creative direction. That’s where I come in. I am not a commercial photographer. I am not an influencer. I create authentic content that is UGC in spirit, not in quality.
Images are shot on professional digital and film cameras and professionally edited with Adobe software. The shoots are creative directed by me with your brand vision and aesthetic in mind. I was a D1 student-athlete, studied business in undergrad, and received my master's through University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business. I studied marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and brand storytelling and now combine creative direction and a business mindset to grow brands through visual content.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can my friend, mom, etc jump in a few photos?
Any and all loved ones are welcome to join in any photos at no extra cost!
Do you only shoot in Portland?
I shoot all over the PNW, especially in Eugene and Corvallis for grad sessions. There is a travel fee of $100 for any session 50 miles outside of Portland to cover travel expenses.
Do you take family or couple photos?
I do! I have lots of experience in both, I just do not market it as my main offering. Fill out the booking form or email me contactalyssahughes@gmail.com
How will I receive my photos?
You will get a link sent in your email within two weeks of our shoot with your customized, password protected, online gallery with photos available for free unlimited downloads.
How do I pay?
I do not charge clients until AFTER we have shot our session, but BEFORE you get your final photos. I will send an invoice to your email to be paid online with a card, but if you prefer to pay cash, please bring it to our session.
What if I don't know how to pose?
No worries, that is my job! I have plenty of prompts and come to every shoot with a Pinterest board full of inspiration and will guide you through the whole session. If you have any poses or photos you want to recreate send them to me before the session and we can make it happen!
What if it rains?
I have lived in the PNW my whole life and know the rain is unpredictable. I will leave it completely up to you as it is your session, you can either reschedule for free, move to an indoor location, or throw on a jacket and embrace the rain.
